Autonoma’s digital twin transforms how teams interact with simulation through natural language
Autonoma is showcasing Copilot, a standout feature of AutoVerse, its active digital twin simulation platform that uses a natural language interface. Built on Autonoma’s powerful J3DI physics engine, it delivers highly realistic vehicle dynamics and sensor behaviors, allowing engineers and non-engineers to create scenarios, adjust agent behaviors and configure environments without writing code. “As part of this global gathering, we’re excited to connect with leaders seeking faster development and collaboration through simulation,” said Kyle Connor, vice president of sales. “Copilot makes simulation more accessible – and more strategic – than ever before.”

Xylon demos advanced datalogging, HIL and edge AI capabilities
Xylon is highlighting its core strengths, including the Xylon Quattro logger, which exceeds the demands of cutting-edge ADAS/AD architectures and features 19 video cameras and multiple ethernet, Automotive Ethernet, and CAN connections. For HIL, the company’s automated parking system is integrated by AMD, where a reference ECU runs in a virtual environment. Xylon’s edge AI capabilities are being showcased in a multicamera computer vision system. “We’ve received great feedback – our flexible, open platforms align with customer needs. Wayve’s end-to-end AI provides map-free solution for deploying AI-powered ADS
Wayve is showing visitors how its embodied AI technology is helping auto makers bring safe, intelligent, scalable driving automation to consumer vehicles. Unlike rule-based systems, its end-to-end AI learns from diverse driving data and adapts efficiently to new vehicles and geographies. According to the team, this provides a flexible, map-free, hardware-agnostic, futureproof solution for deploying AI-powered driving assistance and automation features.

Web app from Anyverse generates synthetic data for in-cabin monitoring
Anyverse InCabin is the centerpiece of Anyverse’s display, purpose-built for driver monitoring systems (DMS), occupant monitoring systems (OMS) and child presence detection (CPD). It supports sensor outputs including radar, RGB-IR, NIR and lidar with pixel-perfect annotations. “With growing pressure on OEMs and suppliers to meet Euro NCAP requirements for in-cabin monitoring, our solution provides the precision and flexibility to accelerate development,” said Carlos Luque, marketing manager at Anyverse. “By generating high-quality synthetic data tailored to critical use cases, we’re helping teams streamline both AI training and validation.”

DeepScenario addresses scalability issues with highly realistic closed-loop simulation
DeepScenario is addressing the challenges of autonomous vehicle scalability and regional differences with realistic simulation featuring intelligently interacting traffic agents. New levels of simulation are achieved by leveraging generative AI and vast traffic data. The DeepScenario team is explaining to expo visitors that the diverse database allows the agents to be trained for different driving behaviors, enabling autonomous vehicles to undergo region-specific testing in a realistic simulation prior to deployment. Doing this not only significantly reduces development costs but also enhances the scalability of autonomous vehicles and ensures seamless adaptation to diverse traffic behaviors worldwide.

Innovative ultra-black coating from Vantablack eliminates stray light, improving vision and safety
Vantablack is showing visitors the nanomaterial-free ultra-black technology it has developed to allow sensors to consistently identify critical situations. “We’re showcasing Vantablack, the world’s darkest material, to demonstrate its value in reducing stray light and improving sensor accuracy in ADAS camera systems,” said business development director Aidan Metcalfe. “Its light absorption makes it ideal for image recognition in all lighting conditions, with good noise reduction and optical performance across environmental conditions. We’re discussing how it solves sensing challenges by cleaning the image at source, supporting the development of safer, more reliable autonomous vehicle systems.”

Witcom’s radar absorption compounds enhance ADAS performance and avoid ghost targets
Witcom is in Stuttgart to show how its radar absorption compounds are used for blind-spot detection, cross-traffic alerts, side-impact protection, lane assistance, collision alert and door-opening protection. The team is explaining to visitors that this avoids ghost targets and prevents multipath reflections adversely affecting the functionality and performance of radar-based ADAS.
In addition to PA, PP, PBT, PC and TPE radar absorption grades for RF absorbers, brackets, funnels and housings, Witcom offers new radar-absorbing recycled PIR and PCR compounds, delivered with CO2 footprint and sustainability documentation.

The ADAS/AVT Live Zone is an exciting new addition to this year’s expo, where speakers are presenting technologies, concepts, strategies and ideas in a business-focused environment. Day 1 has included contributions from Morai, IPG Automotive, MathWorks, rFpro and Deepen AI.
Meanwhile, exhibitors Seyond, Gentex and Adasky are giving visitors the chance to experience their technologies in demo vehicles outside Hall 9.
