Stellantis Pro One and UQI Robotics are to collaborate on the development of autonomous delivery solutions that address the evolving needs of logistics operators and professional customers. The initiative will initially focus on Europe, with opportunities in additional international markets to be assessed as it advances.
As part of the collaboration, the companies plan to explore the development of Box-on-Wheels, an autonomous logistics vehicle unveiled at IAA Transportation 2026 this week. The initiative is intended to evaluate how autonomous logistics, electrification, connectivity and services could come together in an integrated solution for future logistics operations. Initial validation activities are expected to begin in Europe, providing a foundation to assess operational performance, customer value and scalability. Opportunities for expansion into other international markets will be assessed as the project advances.
UQI Robotics, a joint venture established by Ubtech and Miracle Automation in 2020, contributes proven capabilities in autonomous systems, software and perception technologies that form the technological foundation of the solution, by leveraging Miracle’s expertise in intelligent equipment, battery pack and recycling services.
Stellantis Pro One will adapt and scale the solution for Europe and other international markets, drawing on its commercial vehicle experience and close knowledge of professional users’ operational needs. The company will also develop the broader support framework required for customers, including services, connectivity, fleet integration and business solutions designed to unlock the full benefits of autonomous and fully electric logistics operations.

The development of Box-on-Wheels supports Stellantis’s FaSTLane 2030 strategy by combining autonomous logistics, artificial intelligence, electrification, connectivity and services. Through Stellantis Pro One, the initiative aims to develop a scalable solution addressing the operational needs of professional customers.

The project is undergoing validation activities to demonstrate how autonomous technologies can support a customer-focused logistics model.
