Registration statement filed by Mobileye for proposed initial public offering

ADAS and AV solutions developer Mobileye Global (Mobileye), a subsidiary of Intel Corporation (Intel), has announced that it has publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to a proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock.

At present, the timing, the number of shares on offer and the price range for the proposed offering have not been determined or released. Mobileye’s Class A common stock is planned to be listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol MBLY.

Acting as joint lead book-running managers for the proposed offering are Goldman Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley. Acting book-running managers for the proposed offering are of Evercore ISI, Barclays, Citigroup, BofA Securities, RBC Capital Markets, Mizuho, Wolfe | Nomura Alliance and BNP PARIBAS. Additionally, Cowen, Siebert Williams Shank, PJT Partners, MUFG, Needham & Company, Raymond James, Loop Capital Markets, Blaylock Van, Academy Securities, Drexel Hamilton, Independence Point Securities, CICC, Cabrera Capital Markets and Guzman & Company will act as co-managers for the proposed offering.

The proposed offering will be made via a prospectus, and once available, copies of the preliminary prospectus may be obtained from the SEC, Goldman Sachs or Morgan Stanley.
