Nancy Yang is business development manager for Automotive Electronics, Henkel Adhesive Technologies, North America. Her role revolves around the development of cutting-edge thermal solutions, EMI shielding, underfills, nano coatings, adhesives and more.

 

• Neil Poole, expert application engineering, Automotive Electronics

Dr Neil Poole, application engineering expert in Henkel’s Automotive Electronics applications engineering group, is responsible for supporting all of Henkel’s electronics materials product portfolio, specializing in working with key global customers. He graduated with a BSc and PhD from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. Since then, he has held a variety of positions both in general chemicals R&D, gaining several patents, and in electronic materials, in which he has been working for the last 25 years. He has authored multiple papers on such diverse topics as heterogeneous catalysis, printing surface mount adhesives, solder joint reliability and underfills.
