As an extension of its CCA 9010 series, ViGEM has released the CCA 9010-50BE, a test bench logger for use in labs, on test benches and in production environments. The solution enables the validation of ECUs and vehicle networks that support ADAS, over-the-air (OTA) functions and autonomous driving (AD).
Described as a “development of the CCA 9010-50 datalogger”, the CCA 9010-50BE is capable of recording raw data from high-resolution cameras, radar and lidar sensors in addition to automotive standard buses and Ethernet at continuous data rates of up to 10Gbit/s. ViGEM’s latest model is also equipped with a 100-240V AC power connection and uses a RAID array of standard U.2 NVMe SSDs as its storage medium.
The datalogger can also be used for the testing of ECU software during development or in human-in-the-loop (HiL) setups. A wide range of software features, including programmable triggering, pre-labeling or gPTP synchronized timestamps, have also been implemented. Additionally, the software supports the latest ASAM measurement adapter communication standard, CMP.
The CCA 9010-50BE is also compatible with an array of capture modules used in the automotive sector. The ViGEM datalogger features up to 40 interfaces to form the core of an advanced distributed logging system. The decentralized concept enables the system to be highly flexible and efficiently adapted to new project requirements in addition to being integrated into existing toolchains.
