More than 410 member companies, including OEMs, Tier-1s, tool vendors and research institutes from all over the world, convene at ASAM e.V. to create standards for the development, testing and validation of vehicles and driving functions.

We are looking for a

Product and Technology Manager Automotive (m/f/d)

to become part of our team of experts and assist our project groups from early ideation to final release of our standards.

Your role

  • Execute standard development projects
  • Assist in maintaining and extending our existing standards
  • Coordinate, moderate, and support our expert working groups
  • Ensure fulfillment of our technology road map
  • Select, manage, and monitor our service providers
  • Engage with our members
  • Identify alignment topics
  • Analyze and monitor technology trends
  • Represent ASAM projects at events and other organizations

 

Your Qualification

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
  • 3+ years’ experience in at least one of our domains, in testing, or in standardization
  • Proven record of organizing and conducting workshops
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Diligent, well-structured, and thorough working style
  • Used to working in teams and in self-organized settings
  • Inherently motivated and fascinated by our business domain
  • Open to travel (max. 20%)
