SsangYong is to reveal its fifth electric car concept at the 2018 Geneva International Motor Show, to be held on 8-18 March 2018. The aim of the e-SIV (Electronic Smart Interface Vehicle) is to showcase the company’s approach to electric vehicles, connectivity and autonomous driving.

The company says the e-SIV will help to shape its next-generation of SUVs and EVs. It describes the design, based on that of its next generation C-segment SUV, as “compact, balanced and dynamic”.

The car is powered by a 140kW motor and features fast charging of up to 80% in 50 minutes, with a maximum speed of 150km/h and a range of up to 450km. The car is 4,460mm long, 1,870mm wide and 1,630mm high, with a 2,675mm wheelbase.
