Plus appoints new chief financial officer to drive the company’s global expansion

Automated and autonomous driving software solutions provider Plus has announced that Steven Spinner has been appointed chief financial officer.

Spinner will be tasked with managing the financial, legal, human resources and administration functions during the company’s continued commercial deployment and global expansion.

“With Steve’s strong financial acumen, combined with his deep understanding of how to operate successful technology companies, I am delighted for him to step into the CFO role to help accelerate our commercialization progress and global expansion,” commented David Liu, co-founder and CEO, Plus.

Previously, Spinner worked as advisor to the CEO on finance and strategic initiatives at Plus, where he led several successful strategic transactions. Before Plus, Spinner co-founded and served as the CEO for two startups in the data sciences sector. He also holds a bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University and an MBA from Harvard University.
